You are guaranteed that our staff is working hard for you.  To become an American Alert dispatcher, it takes a lot of hard work and dedication just to make it through the 80-hour training program. A dispatcher is trained in all area's of: Monitoring, Security System Design, System Installation, and System Service. Of course, it's hard to instill our over 30 years of experience in just 80 hours, so we have a continuing training routine of: testing, flash cards, review, and a complete audio and video library.
